Car or no car?
The employee chooses whether to have an electric car or not. Any remaining balance goes to pillar 2.
Housing and mobility
The employee uses the remaining budget from Pillar 1 for housing and/or sustainable mobility.
Cash
The balance can be paid out at the end of the year, after deducting a special employee contribution of 38.07%.
